OH MY GOD ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!!!
I got penalized for none of my fault.
I have been given a tenancy agreement which states property comes with a parking permit on 18-Feb-2017, which they have never supplied me until the time I was ended up with £1,042 worth of parking fines as of 04-May-2017.
I have contacted Haart Lettings Leicester various times over the phone, visiting local branch and made written complaints as well regarding Parking permit issue and other issues related to property.
They always misguided me on who to approach in regards to get me a parking permit, I eventually had to pay the parking permit fines and visited their local branch Leicester (on 03-May-2017). I sat there for more than an hour to get a proper response from their property manager.
The following day (04-May-2017) I have been given a parking permit card, and I questioned them regarding the money I paid to Parking permit company. their response is Sorry its your car and you have to pay those fines.
What a terrible experience I have had, I would never ever recommend anyone to go with this shameful agency.
I can't wait to take Haart Letting agency to Court, and let others know what they did to me.

If you want to wait a week for a response to queries or 2 weeks for a contract renewal (past the renewal date) and in both circumstances still have to chase it up yourself, choose Haart

I am disappointed to hear you have had a negative experience when dealing with ourselves and we have looked into this issue for you.
If there is an offer put forward on a property at any point prior to exchange of contracts we have a legal obligation as an agent to put all offers forward for the owner to consider. It sounds like in the particular circumstance the own decided to proceed with the other buyer after this had happened.
