I would not recommend this agency to anyone, ever.
When my property was marketed I was ill informed throughout the process. I was calling them to get updates on my property as they never contacted me at all after I signed the sales agreement. They achieved no viewings in 6 months and so I terminated the agreement.
2 years later I received an invoice for a HIP which was taken out for my property! I went to the branch in question and showed the manager the letter he had sent me. He told me he had not signed that letter and would have to find my file!
I complained to the company and my compaint was dismissed with a very poor explanation as to why, despite the agency having broken the terms of conduct for residential sales. I have had to refer the matter to the Property Ombudsman.
Do not use Fox and Son. Their service is appalling.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Provided a decent service. Followed the code of practice. Not dismissed my complaint as if I was somehow ill informed and wouldn't reply.Attached Filesnbsp;
