Worst management company ever. Very slow response to emails from property manager Yaron. Every time I call up he's always busy on another call. Not once I got through to him. Fixes are slow and lifts always break down. Most of the time they dont fix it. 2016 there was £300 over spend they provided breakdown of charges but not the exact item of over spend. Very unfair service charges as I feel nothing gets done or it gets fixed but will break again! Why can they not learn that there is an issue if things keep breaking such as the lift. Charging top floor window cleaning charges but they have said they cannot clean them. Charge for nothing.
I will not be investing my money into another property maintained by Y&Y management.
Comment on agent fees
Service charge is definitely one of the highest in Sheffield including the additional surprise over spend. I do not feel its worth the charge as my other properties charged less but maintained way better at least they respond well. Too much money spent on little work. Rubbish.
