Jackson-Stops & Staff were the letting agents for the property we rented for 6 years and they were outstanding. They inspected the property regularly, were very attentive to any maintenance issues and were extremely professional throughout the period. They were, without doubt, the best managing agent we have ever had, and we have been renting for 16 years! I would recommend them and in particular, Lesley Coppack, very highly.

wish had the option to give a minus rating. Vacated the property and completed all contractual obligations however still waiting for the security deposit to be released after almost a month. Staff is passing this on to landlord with no initiative to resolve the situation. ...

Stay away from Jackson Stops in Weybridge. Their customer service skills are simply non-existing. After they sell you a property, if you are having issues, they simply refuse to help. Worst possible experience ever....
