Appalling deliberate misrepresentation on property details resulting in my wasting time and resources to resolve with a very defensive branch manager who was trying to rush me into engaging a solicitor whilst not disclosing that a house described on Rightmove and in details was freehold when actually it also had a solar panel leasehold. Totally dishonest and irresponsible. The dismissive telephone manner was a lifetime bad memory.
