By far the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with. I have moved house 11 times and never have I had such a shocking experience with any of the letting agencies and their staff!
Customer Service is shocking, staff is rude and nothing that we have reported for nearly 3 years of living in the property has ever been dealt with! Our property manager has been change 5 times within such short period and no one has taken any responsibility for anything that has happened during the whole tenancy. In the end we were forced to move out, there were people entering our property without our permission, without us even been notified of it and carrying on work that we have not agreed on or even been aware of. We didn't get any help no matter how many complaints we made and after we moved out we had nothing but problems! The staff is in co-hoods with the landlord and made a lot of lies about the property preventing us from receiving our well deserved deposit back, although we have made the house look so much better than it was when we moved in. Chris Lockwood who was responsible for the inventory sent a lot of statements that are far away from being true. He lied about pretty much everything and made up that the property has not been cleaned although we spent 3 days on cleaning it from top to bottom and we left everything sparking clean for the new tenants so they didn't have to go through what we went through when we moved in - again spent whole 3 days on cleaning the property, cupboards, oven etc before we even started unpacking our belongings because the house was left in such a shocking state (mucky and disgusting). We have a lot of friends who witnessed it and they are all aware now not to ever bother with Manning Stainton. I hope that everyone else who read this feedback will make their mind up quickly and avoid going through what we had to go through.

Comment on agent fees
Ridiculous, we even had to pay for the references we needed for our new letting agent. This is shocking and I have never experienced anything like this.
