I decided to make initial contact with Mark Anthony Estates after reading a number of positive reviews. I'd researched other letting agencies in the local area but they did not remotely compare to Mark Anthony and Katherine's attention to detail.
As a relatively new Landlord, I was looking to rent my property for the first time. Katherine attended the first appointment armed with information. This included recent rental prices achieved for similar properties in the area. The letting process was fully explained with Katherine giving advice on areas that could be changed/ adapted prior to the property going on the market.
The property was rented on within a number of days and I was kept updated through out the entire process.
This is now the second time I have used Mark Anthony to find prospective tentants and shall continue to use their services in the future. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark Anthony estates for landlords, no matter your experience.

Very pleased with the professional and attentive service provided by the team, in particular Georgia Ganly and Helen Fagan.
