Hi Becky, My partner is currently having issues with the agency as well, essentially they are failing to provide water on the property which they haven't been able to fix or provide appropriate accommodation in the meantime whilst they find a contractor for the job which is a violation of several laws I understand. Several calls have been made and still no solution (they even refuse to pay for a hotel and expect them to stay in a property that has no water) is their any chance you could provi ...
