I recently rented a 2 bedroom flat in the Green Quarter, Manchester, with CPP and they were a great agency during my tenancy.
If I ever had any issues will the flat then someone would be there within 24hrs to address them and if we ever needed anything improving etc we felt comfortable liaising with CPP as they were very understanding and were happy to help.
The only criticism I could possibly have was when I signed up for the flat, having to send the fees and deposit and first months rent (approximately £2000) to a bank account via BACS payment and then afterwards be sent the tenancy agreement. I know is something that can leave people feeling a little uneasy and fear being conned. However, I would say that this is not a criticism of CPP, that's just how the process works with any letting agents.
Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to use CPP, and wish everyone working there all the best for the future.

Many thanks for your kind review and feedback. You're right we cannot forward on a signed agreement prior to monies being sent over however we are always happy to provide a blank one so that you may see what you're agreeing / signing up for. Apologies if this was not offered as an option.
Our tenancy agreements are fairly standard across the industry however I can appreciate that tenants may want to read over a copy prior to paying over the deposit and 1st months rent. I will ensure that all staff do forward on copies to read over if requested.
