We were tenants with Brookdale Property Management for just under 2 years.
Having lived in 6 other rented properties in the last 8 or so years, I definitely feel like I have experienced a wide variety and quality of letting agents. Brookdales are by far the best letting agency I have come across during my time as a tenant. My experience with other letting agencies is that often they will be extremely nice and accommodating prior to moving into the property, but once you have moved in this friendly facade swiftly disappears. This is not the case with Brookdales and throughout our tenancy they provided a very high level of service to us as tenants. They were never any hidden charges or even ridiculous extra charges (which can be commonplace nowadays).
Half-way through our 2-year tenancy with Brookdales we contemplated moving out of our property because we had grown out of the property but one of the main reasons we decided to stay was because Brookdales was such a great letting agency. In the end we only moved out because our landlady had to move back into the property. Ending the tenancy was very easy and Brookdales' were very fair and supportive throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend Brookdales to any prospective tenant.
