A very effective team in dealing with our large 'difficult' grade II listed property. Steve gave a logical and clear justification for his realistic valuation - somewhat lower than that set by a previous agent. This, together with his presentation, generated interest and many viewings to such an extent that on occasion I did some myself for which Steve gave first rate viewing advice.
At this stage Lisa takes over negotiations to deal with queries and offers. At times nothing could be more frustrating but she was always polite (even cheery!), positive and persuasive, never giving up while opportunities still existed. Given the behaviour of some people such an attitude is remarkable.
We were delighted with the outcome to a legally complex sale which the team did well to complete successfully.
