They are generally very slow to act upon any complaints. As a tenant, I had to call at least twice or thrice, before they would arrange for someone to fix something, that was broken in the house.
They are very polite when you talk to them, but absolutely useless when it comes to helping you and not as truthful as you would want your agent to be. I vacated my house a month and a half before the end of my contract and paid for the full length. They promised that they would advertise and if they found a tenant, they would refund me my rent. I left the apartment in pristine condition (got full refund of my money as a proof). But they did not even advertise it for a few weeks and even when they did, the 'move in date' that was mentioned in the ad was after the end of my contract. Thus, as expected, I did not get a penny back. Although they took full advantage of it, as I had vacated the house and they could bring in prospective tenants any time they wanted. I am very unsatisfied customer.
They have far too many businesses going on, and property letting takes a back seat, from what I can assume, would be the reason for their lack of interest
