Do not go anywhere near these people. They 'managed' our block for 2 years. They were ineffective and did not bother to see the property unless we insisted. They always subcontracted to their 'sister' company which always seemed more than a bit dodgy. They were very poor at communication and when they did finally get back to us it was as if we had been stalking them because we wanted a response within a few days (on matters such as works and service charges).
The worst thing about this company apart from the general unresponsiveness and ineffectiveness is that they are really rude and nasty. Some of the emails I got were far from professional and really sarcastic and spiteful. It's like an old boys network and they make their customers, the people actually paying for a service, feel like they are acting irrational and even hysterical for trying to get a service.
Luckily we cut our losses. This took some time as we thought we would just wait for them to get better and because there were works in the line. Leaving them was the best thing we did. All I can say is avoid. And if you are currently with them...don't be bullied by them...don't believe that you are being unreasonable...don't be given promises that are never kept...get out now.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***
- AR have baked administrative incompetence into their business model allowing them to mismanage & neglect their clients' properties with no recourse. Need to query strange charges on your account or complain about a contractor? Expect nothing but delays, obfuscation & fake assurances.
