I have had my 3 rental properties managed by 2 different Peterborough companies in the past. Neither of those companies were able to manage the repairs on my properties well meaning neither I nor the tenants were happy with their service. They didnt inform me of issues or keep accurate records of gas safety checks etc. Since moving my properties to Brookdale I can highly recommend them. ALL of the staff do an excellent job and I have complete faith that all maintenance will be carried out well and for a good price leaving the tenants happy. They are also able to find tenants straight away so that I have minimal void periods. I would recommend them to everyone who wants a hassle free, efficient service.
Comment on agent fees
I think you could pay less but, when I have used other agencies, they havent actually been able to manage the properties effectively. The price you pay to Brookdale means that I have zero involvement in managing my properties as I know that they take care of everything.
