I took advantage of the Thomas Morris on-line evalutaion service and within 30 minutes of completing the request I received a phone call from Simon. I was keen to impress on him that I had no intention, at this time, to put the property on the market but needed to know its value for future reference.
Simon viewed my house a few days later and having returned to his office for guidance provided me with a well considered , realistic, valuation .I was impressed with Simon's professionalism, his knowledge of the market and his pleasant and helpful manner

It's good to hear that even though you were not looking to sell your property and only required a valuation Simon was able to supply you with all of the relevant figures.
