I was led to believe that purchasing a property would be the most stressful thing you do in your lifetime and I won't disagree now that it is done! However, it would have been many times worse without the guidance of Jenna throughout the whole process, especially being a first-time buyer.
The initial viewing was relatively straightforward but Jenna's knowledge of the property and the provision of an information leaflet, not only with property details but also the local area was an impressive touch - something I'd not seen from any other agents I had dealt with before. Any questions I had were answered comprehensively and I came out of the viewing confident enough to submit an offer two days later.
Jenna was frank and honest during the offer process and kept me fully briefed as to where the competition offers stood and allowed me the opportunity to reconsider if necessary. Once accepted, I was always up to speed with what was required on my behalf, Jenna acted as a go-between for myself and the vendor - I'm sure her input was well above and beyond the involvement expected from an agent.
Furthermore, once we entered the legal process she managed to conduct all parties so that everyone knew where they stood at all times. Having a busy job, this was a godsend and I would have probably failed to meet deadlines set further down the chain without Jenna's continued involvement and dedication to closing the deal at the earliest opportunity. As far as I know the process from offer being accepted to exchange was achieved in a remarkably quick time, around 8-9 weeks.
Overall, I thoroughly recommend Easthaus and Jenna for any prospective buyers or sellers. A outstanding professional approach allied with consistent help and guidance throughout has made my experience immeasurably simpler. In the end I cannot say that I was ever particularly stressed at all and that is enough of a ringing endorsement.
Thanks to Jenna and Easthaus, but hopefully won't be back for a few years!!

It is always a difficult situation when more than one party wants to buy the same property. In these situations, we always ensure that all offers are put forward to the owners of the property and that we follow the owners instructions from there.
