In our opinion the fees for selling are better than other Estate Agents in Ilkeston and the rental fees are competitive. However it is not just about the fees as the terms and conditions and service provided must also be factored in and, in our case, Elders not only offered the best package but they also helped us to achieve a greater return from our properties than other local agents had suggested possible and so coupled together we are very pleased that we decided to go with them.

I took advantage of the recent 6 % /no set-up fees offer for fully managed . Elders now let 2 of my properties. One is ‚£500 per month , the other ‚£550 which is about right for the areas. I also use a different letting agent for another property which I bought through Elders, who did not have a lettings agency at the time.
