I was really apprehensive before dealing with Therese at Chelton Brown, because I had spoken to a couple of local people who rented and they were not at all impressed with the Estate Agents' attitude once they had them on board. Neither had dealt with Chelton Brown! I must say, it was a delight to deal with Therese. She was enthusiastic and above all very positive throughout the process. She showed me around the prospective property, talked to me in plain English throughout. I have never rented before having owned all my previous houses, but she kept me informed at all times with any developments. She told me exactly what I needed to bring into the office to complete the application, on the Thursday before Good Friday, and was on the phone by 10am on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday to confirm my application was successful. I cannot praise her enough, and would certainly reccommend her and Chelton Brown, Daventry to all concerned.
I am a Sales advisor in the Mobility industry, and she has even provided me with a lead, as she was involved with care homes in a previous career!!
