The whole process of selling a property can be very stressful. On recommendation from a friend we went to visit Broads and I have to say Caroline and her team went above and beyond all expections. I would like to thank all the staff for their expert advise.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been more supportive rather than rude and demanding. They expected us to keep in contact with them but they had no decency to do the same I had to call and find out if we had more than one viewing as no one had explained that the one viewing we had was in fact an open house. WILL NEVRE TOUCH THESE PEOPLE WITH A BARGE POLE

Dear Mr Vajshi, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the way you were dealt with. 2014 was a very buoyant market and we relied heavily on our Clients telling us when they could do open house viewings. With regards to your offer being rejected by email, we do everything in writing so that we have a paper trail. You would have also been asked when filling your offer sheet in to submit your maximum offer which is the offer that would have been put forward to the Client on your b ...
