Completely exceptional, from start to finish. All of the staff at McQueen were a joy to deal with: Angela, Tracey, Noele, Wendy and Devon, but particularly Susan Oates.
We bought and sold through McQueen (and updated wills at the same time). For various reasons outwith McQueen or our control, the sale and purchase was a complex and fraught process. Susan was calm throughout and gave excellent, reasoned and reassuring advice. On more than one occasion we thought that the sale and purchase might fall through - and I have no doubt that without her help it would have done. We also ended up achieving a price for the sale which was well above our expectations, and bought our new property at below the market valuation.

Comment on agent fees
The fees were competitive, but when deciding on which company to use and having several quotes, we were aware that some companies (one in particular!) might offer a slightly lower fee. Having subsequently heard of others’ experiences with that company, I am quite sure that going with that option would have been a false economy that very likely would have resulted also in us not selling our property or getting the property we wanted. All in all, excellent value for money.
