Went to view a barn conversion that was advertised with Ludlow, agent told me he would call me back with status. I didn't receive this call, went into the office myself. Was looked up and down as soon as I walked in. He made no effort to even get up and come over. Made one of the young girls take my details and made a poor excuse for not getting back to me , then turned his back and carried on probably researching wigs on the internet. Little does he know I've just purchased a barn conversion from another agent, for more money than the property strutt and Parker had advertised. Shocking customer service, from a bunch of judgemental idiots. Would not recommend
