We rented a property, the landlord refused to remove it from the market, having just had a baby, the agent under the instructions of the arrogant landlord, reduced the price and accepted an offer. We were legally tied into a contract, the sales manager then starred hassling us as to when we would be moving out. The buyers knew when they made the offer they couldn't force us out. Renters beware if this agent is trying to sell the property you are renting'!
