Karl Pollit made applying for a new mortgage easy. He was even happy to re apply for a new mortgage a second time for us weeks after our first mortgage was accepted. He was professional and helpful as he had been from the beginning. Always polite and able to give advice when needed. Great service.

We paid £598 for lifetime Connells mortgage advice. This may seem like a lot, but the mortgage deal Karl has found for us had no survey and set-up fees, which when I compared mortgage on comparison sites, many time easily exceeded this number.

No feed back unless you keep ringing them up.
Make sure you read the contract word for word.
We were tied in for 20 weeks + 28 days notice.....
So nearly 6 months!!!
