The EastHaus team just sold our apartment and it was a very positive experience. It was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the estate agents we have dealt with in the past. It is always a difficult situation when more than one party wants to buy the same property. In these situations, we always ensure that all offers are put forward to the owners of the property and that we follow the owners instructions from there.
