David Daniels was the first agent I saw for a valuation on my property. On hindsight I should have signed up with Bacon but went to Cubitt and West purely because they had managed to sell my friends house but sadly it has not been such a successful story for me. Lack of communication, poor marketing, lack of potential buyers and bullying tactics not allowing me to go multi agency. David has offered advice and support through out so will definitely use Bacon & Co next time.
