Both Max and Abi have provided a great service from the start of our tenancy.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for them to look into and if we did have any problems or queries they were both more than helpful to get this resolved for us ASAP. For example our cooker was unusable; the glass had fallen out of the front of the door the week before christmas and having to prepare meals for the festive period without a working cooking is near impossible. Once we advised Max what had happened and the view that Christmas was just around the corner, Max ensured that this was fixed and useable within a short time span. Which was fantastic as it meant that I could go on with my personal life without any further inconvenience. Which is what you need from a letting agency - not to be calling and chasing every 5 minutes to ensure the job is done. Completely hassle free!
Would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent to go through the Parkers letting agency in Lower Earley, everything is done by the book and they work with the tenant and landlord to ensure the property is properly maintained.
Great service all round and always pleasant and cheerful!
Thank you to both Max and Abi as made our stay in our rented home a pleasure and definitely not a nightmare as in previous tenancy arrangements with other agencies.
