The property repair office is closed on a Saturday afternoon which is less than ideal. The ensuite had a macerator unit which we thought was faulty due to disgusting smell & noise, apparently not. We never used the toilet because of the smell but would flush it when cleaning, when the toilet overflowed with faeces, the office told us to use a sink plunger to unblock it or we would have to pay for a plumber. Luckily my partner sorted it out & I had to actually leave the house. We were left with no heating for a week in winter on 2 occassions. The house was quite dirty when we moved in & we had to clean all the carpets. We paid & signed for a new 12 month contract to be drawn up, the landlord never signed it & we were put in a month by month rolling contract. We had absolutely no idea of the situation & were served a final notice when we thought we were relatively secure for another 8 months. Countrywide Lettings were involved with the property also & were equally as bad. We are currently looking to buy a property but would never, ever consider having any dealings with Bridgfords again.

So far my experience of Bridgefords is endless non returned emails and calls and wealth of emails from them thanking me for joining them.
Furthermore we scheduled 2 viewings, one for a house no longer on the market and one for a repossessed house the agent deemed "not as good as another on the market, not in a good area, more expensive, badly sized rooms and to view the other house we would have to re book"
