We contacted this letting agent to view the above property. The agent contacted us by email and asked us to confirm that we would be attending at the date and time stated within the email.
We travelled for 7 hours to view this property and the agent failed to show! No apology received and no contact made during or after the appointment.
A general lack of customer service skills and common courtesy. Would never use this agent again (either as a prospective tenant or landlord) or recommend them to colleagues.
The agent has never responded to various emails sent since, so I doubt they will provide a response to our feedback!
