You truly get what you pay for in all things and despite being a bit of a cliche, this is particularly pertinent regarding selling a house.
The current rise in online estate agents would have you believe that selling a house is merely a case akin to borrowing someone's eBay account and posting some pictures. I beg to differ.
The difference is much more than merely getting better photographs and conducting viewings during work hours.
Understanding the market, creating an interest in a property, ensuring potential buyers are suitable, conducting professional viewings (just showing someone round your house is not the same!) Chasing feedback, liaising with buyers, mortgage providers and solicitors, basically driving the entire sales process to it's completion.
All of this while also providing regular updates using language I could actually understand!
Jessica managed the sale of the property from my initial enquiry to completion, with dedication and professionalism throughout.
In fact, the entire team at Heritage were involved at various stages.
Jessica conducted every viewing with enthusiasm and attention, chased feedback and regularly liaised with my buyers, keeping me constantly updated at all stages of the process.
Rachel, Richard and Vanessa all played an essential supporting role throughout the process, all of whom need to acknowledged.
Richard's photography of the property was superb.
Rachel's assistance with viewings, follow up and liaison was excellent and when issues regarding completion became very time sensitive, Vanessa's assistance with solicitors was incredible.
Due to the first buyer having issues, the property had to be sold twice to make it past the finish line!
The fact that it did, and that it did so to a specific timescale, was due to work of the team at Heritage.
