AWFUL, AWFUL AGENTS - Would not recommend !!!

Reed Rains' valuer (sales rep), visited my home, took pics and was confident of selling my house at a price I TOLD him was too high - but he assured me that the current market would mean lots of interest ! I signed a 8-week sole agency agreement at his recommended asking price.
In the next 8 weeks I received NO Viewings, No interest, No feedback from Reed Rains - indeed the ONLY call I had from them was them saying I should reduce the price as it was too high !!!!
I emailed them twice more, once to reduce the price and then after the 8 week agency term was over for them to stop marketing my house......neither times did I even receive the courtesy of a reply or even receipt confirmation !!

In Summary, the valuer was completely out of touch of local prices and was effectively just a salesman and there was a complete lack of customer care/contact .....I've bought and sold many houses and this is by far the worse standard of communication (lack) that I have ever experienced !!!
