Although I found a property elsewhere, I would highly recommend Marta as a lettings estate agent. Marta contacted me everyday with relevant properties and always found time to show me round them and make it a more relaxed experience, rather than a pushy sales approach, which would not work with me. Marta did not send me just any properties, only ones that matched my search criteria, which is rare as I was bombarded with all kinds of properties from other estate agents. I will be using Marta again if I move in the near future.

Quick to show you property or for them to show new tenants.
However when it comes to fixing maintenance issues the property managers are negligent, slow and unaccountable.
