What a pathetic bunch of people. They would set you up with any landlord as long as they make their share and then leave you with him. They won't care to respond to your queries if you had issues with the landlord or with the property. All they would do is move you around to different team members and nobody will give you a reasonable answer.
Comment on agent fees
They are the worst, only thinking about money, never thinking about people. I am not sure if they hire humans anymore.
