Laura has been our agent since our very first house viewing. She was there with us to view the house, sign the contract, and now nearly 2 years into our tenancy conducts all of our house inspections. She is who we deal with when we need to discuss the contract or anything else. It is great to work with the same agent each and every time, and I am very glad to be with an understanding letting agents.

My property can also be managed online, where I can see recipts of the rent I have paid on the My property file website. Here I can also raise any issues I have that need fixing in the house, and see when my next inspections are. It make you feel very organised and like you have full disclosure with your agreement, being emailed regarding any changes also. I am aware of any inspections and the length left on my tenancy from the beginning, usually 3-6 months prior.

Any any all fees are transparent, and you are made aware of any changes around 3 months before they fall into place, which is fantastic and helps everything run very smoothly. No fretting over if you will have a house to live in next month or not!

Any negative issues are dealt with swiftly and fairly, I had no gas for a week, due to the pipes needing to be replaced- 25% of my rent was knocked off. This helped me pay for the extra electricity I needed to keep warm that week (it was a very cold February! )

All inspections that are carried out at my property check everything that should be checked, lights, boiler and fire alarm for example, and I can run through any issues I have when they are there, knowing that all my problems will be dealt with very professionally.

Great, knowlegable team, fantastic service, and great peace of mind. If I ever need to move, I will be definitely going straight to them to see what properties they have, I don't think I would be comfortable using any other letting agents.
Comment on agent fees
Good, very fair and transparent. Any fees that are applicable are made aware to me months before they are due so I have time to prepare.
