I met Karen for her valuation of my property and immediately knew i wanted to work with her. This was an emotional sale for me and i felt most comfortable with a female lead who was realistic, straightforward and seasoned in people as well as her work. The initial arrangements were surprisingly simple and fuss-free. My confidence in Haart was further bolstered throughout by being able to liaise, when she wasn't available, with Karen's colleagues who seemed to be kept up to date.
The sale was prolonged, disheartening and uncertain due to a lack of response from an involved party. Haart managed to keep both myself and the buyer optimistic by their active efforts and liaison with that party and with supporting organisations. I can truly say they have more than earned their money and have asked nothing extra of me. In addition, despite their hard work, Karen was firm that, if the sale did not go through, i would owe them nothing.
I cannot praise this team enough for their work around this sale and their support throughout, both to myself and i'm sure to the buyer.

I highly recommend Haarts. All members of staff are very professional and extremely helpful. Karen was always to hand and so kind to me. Nothing was too much trouble. I would advise do not consider any other estate agents!!
