DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Genuinely, these are the most unprofessional, unhelpful property letting 'professionals' I have ever liaised with*. There is obviously a reason why they do not let you put a review on their social media accounts.
It takes various attempts to get a response after contacting them (and when you do it is with a bad attitude), the property is not as how it is described and was not left in a fit state to move into. They had to come back and clean the place again after I couldn't move in for 2 days due the state it was left in which was apparently 'tired decor', it was in fact just dirt. The MD then told me he personally would sort it out and get his staff to go and clean it. I cannot express how dirty this apartment was, I am glad I photographed it on the day. Old pots and pans in the cupboards, even bed sheets on the bed (and not nice fresh belongings left behind, old used stuff that they didn't bother to throw out).
Unfortunately, I am now stuck in a contract with a less than adequate service provider and would like to advise others to take my advice. I have used various other letting agents in Belfast who have good processes in place, service level agreements and treat every customer with due diligence and the expected level of service. Save yourself the pain and don't use Campbell Co.

Yes
Within 1 hour of her raising her concerns I personally visited the property and removed items not required. I also spoke with the landlord and asked for decoration to be carried out. With 3 hours the landlord had a decorator in the property to paint throughout (this was a gesture and really not required for most of the walls). The landlord also removed some furniture for the tenant on move in day.
Does this sound like poor service?
The tenant in question asked yesterday for the sofa to be removed. We asked the landlord who said that he really had nowhere to store the sofa and it would have to remain in the property.
We went back to advise the tenant of this and minutes later this very negative review was written.
I will leave readers to decide for themselves.
