I used this agency in February and I am only now getting round to write this review. Initially things were dealt with well. Appointment to view went smoothly and the agent was knowledgeable. I loved the house and my credit check cleared so I got the tenancy. All good so far except that I needed to move in within a week. The agent said I could and then a week later said I couldn't. In fact a week later they told me a week to ten days. Apparently some small amounts of DIY needed to be done. In the end I had to find alternative accommodation for ten days without moving. I also had to pay for my furniture to be stored. Not very happy with the service.

They should refund them in my opinion.

I worked with this agent after having poor service with other local letting and property-sourcing companies.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
