we joined this agency a month ago, renting a house in bracknell i was dealt with Olivia in bracknell branch who was exceptional and received great service however near our move date we have been told that Chloe will be our property manager, it started OK but when problems occur in the house, the level of service was very poor, felt i had to chase her to get some feedback, with no luck. resulted in ignoring our emails, voicemail messages and phone calls.
we are very disappointed with the level of service, was thinking of buying a house from them but i don't think so anymore.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
