Our sale hasn't been the simplest with quite a long chain involved and all not local !
Abby and the office team have been friendly and efficient in arranging viewings around what was convenient for us when possible and we are very thankful to them all.
Angie Powell - huge thank you for your involvement over and above your job description. You have kept us informed all along and found out details which really shouldn't have been down to you - your name came up a couple of times from people we know once we had decided to put our property on the market with you - all saying how invaluable your service and helpfulness had been. They were absolutely right . When things were stressed you came into your own .

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
