Everything went fine from my move into a shared house. All documents were given to me in a timely manner and any delays were on my part and dealt with courteously by Maira and the office.

Dont know what property this was but where a property is professionally cleaned (check inventories or copies of receipts as proof) at the start of a tenancy, Tenants are asked to leave it in the same condition. We dont demand that tenants use one of our recommended cleaners but they are recommend for a reason. There are a lot of unreliable cleaning companies out there that don't do a good job and don't come back if cleaning is deemed unsatisfactory; leaving Tenants worse off as they then have t ...
