I have had an amazing management service from Jones & Chapman, thank you so very much to all of the professional (and totally lovely) staff there, in the lettings team. I do not live that close to the property I let out and Matt, Dave, Kelsey and Nicola, and more recently, Beth, have all assisted me in finding a tenant for my property and all of them have been exceptional. I cannot fault them at all. It is a very impressive set up and service and Jones & Chapman are very lucky to have such dedicated staff. I spoke with each one of the staff, over time and it is obvious that they work well as a team, as they each knew what was going on. Their procedures in finding tenants and getting the property ready for viewings and eventual move in, and management, are spot on. They are very thorough and I was always kept informed at each step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff I have dealt with. They were helpful, honest and they know their market very well. David in the main, assisted me and always took the time to listen to concerns I had. He is very patient, positive and upbeat and got things done, as did Matt too, who I first spoke with. Each of the staff always did what they said and there was no delays. If you are looking to get a rental property do not use this agency. I have had an absolute nightmare. They make you attend their office to sign tenancy prior to seeing the property on check in. I did so in good faith and when I got to the property it was absolutely filthy, Appliances broken, lightbulbs not working, holes in walls, broken tiles on floor, faulty boiler (now not working all together) leaking shower, the list goes on.
