I asked Thomas Morris to come and value my house on the recommendation of a friend and was immediately impressed by Simon the assistant Manager who came across as very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had at that stage
As a result of this he valued my house at £290K and as it went for £285K it was an accurate one He then visited again to measure up and then published the house details on all of the property portals and it all happened very quickly I want to mention the Manager at this point Katy Poore as she was a constant throughout the whole sale process and rang me regularly to see if everything was ok and always answered any emails quickly and even out of hours which was impressive and showed real dedication I had many viewings of course and the staff were superb. They always turned up early to a viewing (I let them do it) and always rang me after a viewing to give me feedback on how it went which I found very professional as communication was very good I mention Danielle Thordal as she was the first agent to do a viewing and then did two others but also seemed to be the one to contact me quite often with feedback which I appreciated and she was always extremely helpful and cheerful I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Morris to any of my friends and it says a lot that I turned up yesterday with boxes of chocolates and a thank you card which was read out to all Staff apparently My house went on the market at the beginning of February and I had an offer 4th of March so you cannot ask for more really
Comment on agent fees
It was fine as the standard 1% fee all high street agents charge
