A family business with a personal service. To many people, estate agents are a necessary evil. An expense you incur in getting your property on Rightmove. Why pay any more than the minimum? My parents' experience with a budget company who didn't sell their home in 12 months because they never answered their phone, and my own experience of viewings with other estate agents who were sometimes very unhelpful led me to choose Priory and pay the extra. My decision was vindicated - and then some - when my sale nearly fell through as a result of a problem lower down the chain. Priory to the rescue. They went the extra mile to resolve a multitude of small problems, and to enable my sale to take place. Amusingly, when my wife went to pick up the keys to our new place she recognised Matt as someone she'd last seen when her friends locked him out onto a balcony in Pontins in his Union Jack Boxer shorts, but don't let that thought spoil your decision to use them now. They're a grown up and professional outfit!
Not the cheapest.
