Fantastic service all round from Donna. Kept us fully informed all the way through the purchase of our house & maintained a good line of communication with the vendors. We will definitely consider using Dacres if / when we ever decide to move again & can recommend for any other prospective customers

The fees were competitive with other agents offering a similar service though I can see why internet based agents are making inroads in the house market. Having said that Dacres played a major role in achieving a rapid completion which I am sure would not have been achieved by an using an impersonal internet agent.
