We have been renting from Fair-Way Lettings for the last 15 months. We moved to the area for work reasons and because of this when we were trying to view properties we had a bit of a job getting to view places after normal office hours. We explained this to their staff and they actually put themselves out to show us the property we now live in. I know that they were trying to rent the place out, but they were the only company willing to be flexible in terms of viewings. The process of dealing with the paperwork was dealt with both quickly and it was all straight forward. When we moved into the property we found it to be clean throughout and the garden was neat and tidy, just as they had assured us would be the case. We have not had many things to worry about in terms of maintenance, we did have a problem with the front door that would not lock about a month after we moved in but they arranged for one of their handyman to sort it out the same day we reported it to them. We have found them to be helpful whenever we have needed to contact them, and would happily recommend people to use them if renting in Leicestershire.
