I was a bit sceptical at first, you know ...another estate agent!
But low and behold there comes David. A Londoner who promised me that I will sell quickly and it did.
3 visits and I got the full asking price!!
Contrary to the little jokers at Miles and Barr, the buyers were real buyers.they were not send only to help the footfall and the data linked to it , and in turn linked to the fat cat bonus....!
No Saturday jobs there for apprentice!! David and Alan know what they are doing and I would recommend them anytime!
They are the best in Margate and I know because I dealt with the others agents wasting my time and being rude!!
Go for it ...my 4 walls is worth it!!
