Bairstow eves were over the top friendly to get our business. Once we'd agreed to use them they still stayed in touch and were friendly. Once we had our buyers they pushed us into agreeing a price we weren't completely confident with going with, threatened us that we would loose the sale many times, were very rude and absrasive if we couldn't fit our buyers into our very busy schedules for 3rd and 4th unexpected and unecessary visits. We felt they completely sided with our buyers. They slowed the process of selling down as were inexperienced and un aware of paperwork we should have been advised to have completed months before. They gave us bad advice which thankfully we ignored. They were on a complete power trip. They were unfriendly to speak to, refused to do certain things to help speed the process along and instead our sellers estate agent had to step in and do the work for them. The manager of the company constantly reminded us he has many properties and does this every day so we should just calm down and see what happens. They did very little to earn their money and in my opinion absolutely didn't deserve nearly half of their earnings. They were very disrespectful to both of us selling the property. We received the wrong invoice asking for more money the moment we'd exchanged contracts. We have been kicking ourselves ever since we agreed to work with them and would strongly advise to steer clear of Bairstow eves. We certainly won't sell with them and will be so disappointed if we ever have to buy from them.
