Their unscrupulous charges forced me to dispose of my multiple properties. Typical charges included:
1) Cost to dispose of a dryer, a free service by the supplier
2) Cost to dispose of old carpet. A free service by the contractor
3) 40 pounds for fitting screws on a window latch
4) Receipts printed on A4 paper, and purported to be from a reputable builder
5) Inability to enforce the use of the tenant's retention fees
