Selby Estates give me a letting service no other agent have or can match in my opinion, they're very efficient at letting properties quickly and more importantly to the right type of tennant, the back office service I receive for my portfolio is outstanding, rents have always been collected on time every time, repairs are always carried out quickly and at a cost effective level which doesn't damage my portfolio yield.
And to top everything Selby Estates actually charge me less for their excellent service than the other letting agents charge for their average service in comparison.
Highly recommended for any serious portfolio landlord.
