I recently had to sell my mother's bungalow and chose May Whetter and Grose as the agents. They did all the viewing and I was always kept abreast of what was happening and offered good advice when offers were received. Finally they secured an offer at the asking price which was accepted and then continued to make sure all was progressing ok and keep me up to date with progress. Could not recommend them more highly.

Cant't remember the percentage charged but worth every penny .
