We found the staff at Chelton Brown Daventry really helpful. As my husband is self-employed there were complications with the referral process but they worked with us and the landlord to make an agreement that we were all happy with. They were always friendly when I called and they made the application process easy.
Comment on agent fees
The fees were lower than a lot of other companies and I like that they have a "couples fee" rather than paying a large sum for one person and an additional fee for others like a lot of companies which saved us money.
